My best bargain this week was neckties....I sew, quilt, etc... and so I am collecting no longer used and no longer wanted neckties..today i was given 70. Several hundred more and I will be able to begin a planned for the future major project of beauty by recycling the neckties. While I was looking them over I decided that I would have to incorporate the labels as well since most were gorgeous and from countries all over the world.
